2 Photos of the Day!

I ended up taking two photos today. I didn't have my DSLR with me, so I grabbed my Canon Powershot and shot these while I was up at University of North Carolina Greensboro with my friends. The bug was on the window of their dorm, and the cat was living in the crawlspace of the dorm next door.

  2. It is a Brown Marmorated Stink Bug. First sighted in Allentown, Pa in 1998. http://ento.psu.edu/extension/factsheets/brown-marmorated-stink-bug I get many calls from freaked Students late Sept/early Oct when they enter the residential halls to overwinter. I recommend vacuuming them up.

A feral cat, a dangerous pest and they can be expensive to remove. I know you're a Cat Fan but feral cats in groups can be bad news for domestic cats and humans.

But the above doesn’t address your photos. Good eye, keep a sharp look out for the unusual and you’ll be rewarded with wonderful shots.
